Buried InjectionIt is a process to bury the metal parts into the plastic mold and then perform the plastic injection process. Metal nuts, screws are commonly used to bury inside in the injection formation to increase the screw strength and avoid thread damage. This practice is also commonly used on tongues and conduction metal sheets.

Nitrogen InjectionUsing the air compressor to produce gas, the generated gas is stored in the air tank and then driven to the drying freezer via an air tank for drying treatment. The moisture and oil are separated by using a precision filter. Part of the gas is used for production, and part of it is diverted into the nitrogen generator. The nitrogen produced is collected in the storage tank, and is compressed and stored to the high pressure cylinders by using a nitrogen high pressure compressor. When the nitrogen-supported filling is required in the injection formation, the nitrogen is blown into the production mold through the air needles of the pressure distributor and mold to achieve hollow effect.查看樣品

Double-Shot InjectionUsing two sets of plastic molds for individual injection operations, one set is the main unit, and the other is the wrapping mold. The main unit is injected and formed first and then is embedded into the wrapping mold for the 2nd shot to achieve the double-shot effect. Usually the wrapping materials used are mainly elastic with melting temperatures higher than the main unit materials, so that it will be easier to attach to the main units. Generally, the combination is PP materials for the main unit, and TPR for wrapping.
